Our journey commenced in 2014 when Michael & Collin embarked on their ownership of a vacation rental nestled in the inviting Montage community of Indio, CA.

In our early days as homeowners, we worked with several management companies, but were consistently frustrated by poor performance and lack of communication. It soon became clear that we could do a better job ourselves.

This realization drove us to take control, personally managing bookings and assembling our own dedicated team of cleaning, check-in/check-out, maintenance staff, and trusted vendor partners.

The outcome was transformative. A few years later, our quick response times and genuine dedication to improving guest experiences resulted in an impressive 5,000+ 5-star reviews.

Today, our portfolio encompasses over 100 high-performing properties, ranging from the serene desert landscapes to the scenic coastal retreats of Dana Point, Newport Beach, San Clemente, and Laguna Beach, and most recently, into the mountain communities of Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear.

Our hands-on approach finds expression in our willingness to invest our resources and time into refining every detail, from furnishings to bedding and beyond.
